We purge non-customer email subscribers who have not engaged with the Company’s email marketing communications after ninety (90+) days. CHILDREN

We provide naturopathic services to individuals of all ages, including children under 18 years of age.

Where we collect personal information relating to a child, this will only be done with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or as otherwise permitted by law. A parent or guardian must be involved in all consultations, communications, and healthcare decisions relating to the child.

We collect and use a child’s personal and health information solely for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate naturopathic care, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical management. This information will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy and health records legislation.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via our website without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
